Electrical Manufacture company Inspector/Auditor To become familiar with all aspects of assembly, sub- assemblies and final switch build.
To be aware of all components and assembly techniques within the department. To carry out Audit - QA Inspection of all types of Switches manufactured within the associated facilities, and monitor the findings.
To ensure that orders are met and dispatched on time, either internally or externally within the company setup. Ensure all assemblies are built to spec.
Monitor work in progress and evaluate fault elimination within the assembly areas. Liability for cash/stock deficiencies:
Required to assist with the organisation of work in progress. Monitor the quality of supplied parts/report QA issues.
Assess component problems and advise. Inspection of assemblies and final builds. Complete Inspection paperwork as required. Carry out Audit / QA inspections as instructed.
Understand relevant assembly and Inspection tooling. Be familiar with computerised stock control and manufacturing system. Recording of all data found and posting relevant reports.
Mainly assembly and therefore clean room areas. Jobholder must create a proper team approach and encourage participation amongst designated staff.
- Inspector - £8.96 to £9.92 per hour, 39 hours (£20,375.68 per year appx)
