Job Title – Administrator

Job Location – Ipsden

Job Start – Temp-Perm starting asap

Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5 pm 

Salary – £12.50 per hour

 

Job Description 

We require an Office Administrator to carry out all the administration for one of our housing association clients.

  • Printing off and logging all orders that come in throughout the day.
  • Preparation of extra works orders
  • Liaising with subcontractors and SCM trades
  • Dealing with queries from client and trades
  • Invoicing client once work is completed

Working alongside Office Manager you would be:

  • Processing sales invoices
  • Entering purchase invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices
  • Entering employee time-sheets

The ideal Office Administrator candidate will be a car driver with your own vehicle due to the remote office location.
