Job Title – Administrator
Job Location – Ipsden
Job Start – Temp-Perm starting asap
Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5 pm
Salary – £12.50 per hour
We require an Office Administrator to carry out all the administration for one of our housing association clients.
- Printing off and logging all orders that come in throughout the day.
- Preparation of extra works orders
- Liaising with subcontractors and SCM trades
- Dealing with queries from client and trades
- Invoicing client once work is completed
Working alongside Office Manager you would be:
- Processing sales invoices
- Entering purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices
- Entering employee time-sheets
The ideal Office Administrator candidate will be a car driver with your own vehicle due to the remote office location.
